Travis Britton is a veteran creative leader whose interdisciplinary approach spans branding, design, digital experiences and advertising. He’s currently serving as Chief Creative Officer at ZTX, helping to build a web3 metaverse for all.

From 2015-2021, Travis led the rebranding effort for Roblox through his creative studio Havoc, creating the company’s new logo, brand design, cinematics, corporate website, toy packaging, and visual communications. In 2021, he continued to help Roblox through their IPO and joined full-time in a newly created role as Executive Creative Director where he led the in-house Creative Studio, working cross-functionally with partners in marketing, product, music, brand, and business development verticals.

Prior to Roblox, Travis spent five years leading global creative duties for Ray-Ban. In 2006, he co-created the global “Never Hide” campaign, catapulting the business to its highest sales to date, driving the Wayfarer to become the best-selling sunglasses worldwide. Over the next eight years, “Never Hide” established itself as the most impactful campaign in Ray-Ban’s history.

Earlier in his career, Travis created award-winning work for Nike and Starbucks, and led the largest collaborative campaign ever for the Magazine Publishers of America, involving over 50 top-selling publications including Time, Fortune, and Newsweek.

Travis’s work has been recognized by every major award show in the industry today including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Communication Arts, Clios, and The Webby Awards among others.
